The
Parent-Child Assistance Program (PCAP) is an evidence-based home
visitation case-management model for mothers who abuse alcohol or
drugs during pregnancy. Its goals are to help mothers build
healthy families and prevent future births of children exposed
prenatally to alcohol and drugs.

What’s
Happening in the Month of May
Like the flowers in bloom this spring, PCAP continues
to blossom and thrive as a team as we nurture the clients we
serve. We look forward to an upcoming season of growth and
expansion for our program! FESS has continued to partner with local
organizations to provide fresh food, hygiene products and
various household items to families in need. PCAP also received a
beautiful donation of fresh flower bouquets for Mother’s
Day–a generous gift that case managers were happy to
distribute amongst their clients and community. If you know of
people in need of resources or fresh vegetables, please be sure to
have them contact FESS!

Jasmine Trent
Hello, my name is
Jasmine Trent and I am currently working as a PCAP case manager
at Family Education Services. I live in Napavine, WA and am a
mother to 4 beautiful kids 9,8,5 and 3. Working with the
community of Lewis County is special in many ways to me,
connecting to the people and really being able to show up for them
impacts the outcome for us all. I really enjoy being able to get
outside and see the nature. If you see me out say Hello, I will
in no time be popping up everywhere. Thanks!
