In honor of Father’s Day, we host an annual Celebrating Fatherhood Event to highlight the important role that fathers play in the well-being of their children and families.

 

Strengthening Families Conference

November 3 & 4, 2022

Washington State’s South Puget Sound’s premier family support training conference will be November 3 & 4, 2022! The Strengthening Families Conference provides an opportunity to discover the latest research, best practices and tools for parents, kinship and foster caregivers, prevention specialists, social workers, child welfare professionals (children’s protective services, foster, adoption), juvenile justice services, physicians, nurses, mental health and other medical professionals, attorneys, law enforcement, child advocacy professionals and educators. The 2022 Virtual Conference is open to anyone who is interested in the health and well-being of children, youth and families.

Continuing Education Units, Clock hours and STARS Credit are available.

Pinwheels for Prevention

Join us throughout April for Pinwheels for Prevention and be part of the Family Education & Support Service’s campaign to plant Pinwheels of Hope and grow a better tomorrow for children in Washington. Pinwheels of Hope Partners showcase the value of prevention by planting pinwheel gardens and sharing prevention messages with their community.
