Helping get people vaccinated

For months, Family Education and Support Services has been helping the community get vaccinated against Covid.
FESS has had vaccination clinics at its Tumwater location and in other locations throughout the community in partnership with organizations like CHOICE Regional HealthCare Network, local tribes, The Heritage Distillery and the Thurston County Department of Health.
FESS received a grant from CHOICE to host the clinics, but had started doing them even before receiving the grant.
The clinics are a one-stop location to get adult vaccines, vaccines for children older than five and booster shots to supplement original vaccinations.
