Family Education and Support Services is pleased to welcome Arthur Fernandez-Scarberry as our new Chief Program Officer.
Arthur joins FESS with extensive experience in child welfare, family well-being, and community-based services. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a strong commitment to strengthening families, supporting children, and building collaborative partnerships that improve outcomes for communities.
As Chief Program Officer, Arthur will provide leadership and support to those providing direct services. This includes ensuring our services continue to reflect the highest standards of quality, compassion, and impact. His knowledge, experience, and dedication to family-centered practice make him a wonderful addition to the FESS leadership team.
